The board of CAP-XX Limited (the 'Company') notes the recent movement in the
Company's share price and confirm that they know of no reason for this.

The Company continues to make good progress towards securing design contracts
with leading mobile handset manufacturers and is in detailed negotiation with
potential manufacturing partners with respect to scaling production in order to
meet the anticipated volume requirements of these customers.

Current trading remains in line with market expectations and the company expects
to release its interim results on 31st March 2008
