Result of General Meeting

 

The Board of CAP-XX is pleased to announce that the resolution put to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today was duly passed.

 

 

Admission

 

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 120,000,000 new ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares will commence at 8:00 am on 10 April 2015.

 

 

Total Voting Rights

 

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 236,227,365 Ordinary Shares. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury and therefore the number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights will, from Admission, be 236,227,365. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
