In conformity with the transitional provisions of the FSA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, Camellia Plc confirms that its issued share capital
comprises of 2,842,000 ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Camellia Plc is 2,842,000. 
There are no shares held in treasury.

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, 
Camellia Plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
