As a result of the purchase for cancellation by Camellia Plc, on 15th December
2000, of 5,500 ordinary shares of Camellia Plc the Company has today been
advised that the revised holding of Camellia Holding A.G. in the ordinary
shares of Camellia Plc is now 51.08%.
