In accordance with paragraph 16.7 of the Listing Rules Camellia Plc announces
that:


                 Mr. Malcolm Courtney Perkins was appointed Executive Chairman
            of Camellia Plc on 1st June 2001.

            Mr. David Arthur Reeves and Mr. Abu Sayeed Muhammad Obaidus Subhan
            were appointed executive directors of the Company on 1st June
            2001.

            Mr. D.A. Reeves is a director of Lawrie Group Plc and there is no
            information requiring disclosure under paragraphs 6F2 (b to g).

            Mr. A.S.M.O. Subhan is a director of Lawrie Group Plc and there is
            no information requiring disclosure under paragraphs 6F2 (b to g).
