cancellation, the percentage holding of ordinary shares in Camellia Plc. held by
Camellia AG is now 53.03, representing 1,420,000 ordinary shares.

Camellia Plc. is the ultimate holding company of the undernoted companies and
Camellia AG is, therefore, deemed to be interested in a further 62,500 ordinary
shares of Camellia Plc (2.33%).
