In accordance with paragraph 16.13 of the Listing Rules the Company has today
been notified that Mr. H.K.FitzGerald, a director of Camellia Plc, purchased
on 25th February 2000 a beneficial holding of 100 ordinary shares of Camellia
Plc at £29 per share.
