Quintessentially English PLC announces that at the extraordinary general meeting
of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly
passed.

It is expected that the enlarged share capital of the Company (to be renamed
Omega Diagnostics Group PLC (AIM: ODG) will be admitted to trading on AIM on 19
September 2006.
