Grant of Options

Cambridge Cognition Holdings plc, (AIM: COG), which specialises in computerised neuropsychological tests, announces that yesterday it awarded options to acquire ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("Options") to Mr Kerton (Chief Executive Officer) and Mr Walters (Chief Financial Officer) as follows:

The new Options for Nick Kerton and Nick Walters are exercisable during the Performance Period which is from the date of grant until 31 December 2016 and are subject to the following performance criteria.  In the case of Nick Kerton, the options become exercisable in five tranches, the first when Cambridge Cognition's share price has equaled or exceeded 90 pence per share for two consecutive dealing days and the final tranche when the share price has equaled or exceeded 200 pence per share for two consecutive dealing days.  In the case of Nick Walters, the options become exercisable in two tranches, when Cambridge Cognition's share price has equaled or exceeded 120 pence and 200 pence.

Following the grant of the Options, the total number of options outstanding over unissued ordinary shares is 1,492,723 representing 8.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
