       RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING


The Board of Calyx is pleased to confirm that the resolutions proposed for
consideration at the Extraordinary General Meeting and the Annual General
Meeting of the Company, which were held today in Dublin, have all been approved.


It is expected that completion of the acquisition of Network Partners (Holdings)
Limited and MXC Integration Limited will take place on Monday 12 June 2006.
