             Notice of Cancellation of AIM and IEX Listing - Update

Further to announcements on 25 June 2007 and 2 July 2007, the Company hereby
notifies that the admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM and IEX
will be cancelled with effect from 7.00 a.m. on Thursday 26 July 2007. The last
trading day on AIM and IEX will be Wednesday 25 July 2007.
