'Disposal'
The Company today announces that on 19 September 2001, it concluded a
conditional agreement with BP to sell to them the Stoneywood Business Centre
at Dyce, Aberdeen. The contract is conditional on completion of due
diligence.
The Company will announce full details of this disposal once it becomes
unconditional in all respects.
