Unaudited net asset value per share at 31 January 2014

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that its unaudited diluted net asset value ("NAV") per share as at 31 January 2014, calculated on a cum-income basis, was 2374p.

The interim dividend in relation to the year ending 31 March 2014 of 13.4p per share was paid on 9 January 2014 to shareholders registered on 13 December 2013.
