Unaudited net asset value per share at 31 January 2013

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that its unaudited diluted net asset value ("NAV") per share as at 31 January 2013, calculated on a cum-income basis, was 2179p.

The interim dividend in relation to the year ending 31 March 2013 of 12.9p per share was paid on 10 January 2013 to shareholders registered on 14 December 2012.
