Interim Management Statement for the quarter ended 30 June 2007


Caledonia Investments plc ('Caledonia' or the 'Company') presents its interim
management statement ('IMS') for the quarter ended 30 June 2007. This
constitutes Caledonia's first IMS for the financial year ending 31 March 2008,
as required by the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 4.3.


An explanation of material events and transactions that have taken place during
the quarter ended 30 June 2007 and a general description of the Company's
financial position and performance during this period are set out in Caledonia's
monthly fact sheets as at 30 April 2007, 31 May 2007 and 30 June 2007.
