Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification



Caledonia Investments plc ('Caledonia') announces that on 29 January 2007 Mrs M
B Buckley, the wife of Mr P N Buckley, the Chairman of Caledonia, ceased to be a
beneficiary of a family trust which holds 60,000 Caledonia ordinary shares.
These shares, which represent 0.10% of Caledonia's total ordinary issued share
capital, were included in Mr Buckley's interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares
notified in accordance with section 324 (as extended by section 328) of the
Companies Act 1985 and therefore this event requires disclosure by Mr Buckley in
accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(b).



Mr Buckley's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above
event, as notified in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 1985
as above, are as follows:



  • Beneficial                   536,500 shares         0.91%
  • Non-beneficial               306,201 shares         0.52%
  • Options                      130,000 shares         0.22%
  • Deferred bonus plan           15,973 shares         0.03%



The Caledonia ordinary shares held by the family trust are registered in the
name of Caytrust Finance Company Limited.
