As required by Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that The Hon Charles Cayzer, a director of Caledonia, has been appointed senior independent non-executive director of London & Stamford Property plc ("London & Stamford"). London & Stamford is the new holding company of London & Stamford Property Limited, the Guernsey-based property company, and was established by a scheme of arrangement to enable the London & Stamford group to elect for UK real estate investment trust status. Dealings in London & Stamford's shares commenced on the main market of the London Stock Exchange today, 1 October 2010.
