As required by Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Caledonia Investments plc ('Caledonia') announces that William Wyatt, a director of Caledonia, has been appointed a non-executive director of Bristow Group Inc ('Bristow'), the US listed provider of helicopter transportation services, with effect from 5 August 2008.  Peter Buckley, also a director of Caledonia, has stepped down as non-executive director of Bristow with effect from the same date.
