Annual report 2016 and notice of 2016 annual general meeting

On 19 May 2016, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") released its final results for the year ended 31 March 2016 under RNS number 6697Y. This announcement contained the regulated information in relation to annual financial reports required to be made public in unedited full text by Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.

Caledonia now announces that it has posted to shareholders its full annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2016 ("Annual Report 2016"), together with a circular containing the notice of its annual general meeting to be held on 21 July 2016 ("2016 AGM Circular").   

Copies of the Annual Report 2016 and the 2016 AGM Circular have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
