The Board of Calculus VCT PLC announces that the Company has today purchased for cancellation 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 73 p per share. Settlement of this transaction is due to take place on 23 August 2018.
After cancellation of these shares there will 14,588,859 ordinary shares of 1p in issue.
