RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING

Clinical Computing Plc ("the Company") announces that at the General Meeting of the Company held today, all resolutions were passed.

The last day of trading of the Company's ordinary shares will be 30 April 2012 and cancellation of admission to trading on AIM will take place with effect from 7.00am on 1 May 2012.
