Placing of Shares 

Total Voting Rights

The Company is pleased to announce that it has raised  a further £312,500 (before expenses) through a placing of 6,250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ('Placing Shares') at a placing price of 5p per Placing Share. 

Application will be made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 8 October 2008. 

For the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority the Company's total issued share capital at the date of the this notice consists of 135,317,525 ordinary shares of 1p each and one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
