The following announcement replaces RNS number 8572Y released today at 13.20. The only change is to the number of shares to be admitted, which is 5,714,286 shares. The full text of the revised announcement is set out below.

Issue of Equity

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 5,714,286 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM. These ordinary shares have been issued to one of the Company's professional advisers  in lieu of certain professional fees.

Admission is expected to occur on 16 September 2009 and the new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
