The record date was incorrect and should now read 10^th September 2010 and not 10^th September 2009 as previously stated.

 

All other details remain unchanged.

Notification of Dividend Payment on Preference Shares

Caffyns plc announces that shareholders of the 6.5% Cumulative Preference shares and the 10% Cumulative Preference shares on the Register on 10^th  September 2010 will receive an interim payment of 3.25 pence per share and 5.0 pence per share respectively on 1^st October 2010.
