The Company was notified on 19 March 2013 that, on 18 March 2013, EPS Enhancing Earnings Ltd purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.

Following this purchase, EPS Enhancing Earnings has a beneficial interest in 159,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.75% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital, held as follows:
