We have been advised on the 27th May 2003 by Chase Nominees Ltd on behalf of GAM
Exempt-UK Opportunities Fund that their beneficial interest in the ordinary
share capital of Caffyns plc has reduced to 103,000 ordinary shares, which is
3.6% of the ordinary share capital (previously 4%).
