beneficial interest in the ordinary share capital of Caffyns plc remains the 
same at 350,000 ordinary shares. However, their total holdings of 12.09% for 
individual funds have changed and are now broken down as follows:

235,000       GAM UK Diversified (8.118%) 
115,000       GAM Exempt - UK Opportunities Fund (3.972%)
