DIVIDEND TIMETABLE CONFIRMATION

We wish to confirm note 8 of the Interim Accounts approved on Thursday 21^st November 2019 relating to Dividend Payments.

8.         DIVIDENDS

Ordinary shares of 50p each

The interim dividend proposed at the rate of 7.50 pence per share (2018: 7.50 pence) is payable on 6 January 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 6 December 2019.  The shares will be marked ex dividend on 5 December 2019.
