The Company announces that on 1^st February 2024, Simon Caffyn, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 1,211 ordinary shares at 306p per share.

Mr Caffyn has a beneficial holding in the Company, following the notification of this transaction, of 78,199 ordinary shares representing 2.85% of the ordinary shares of the Company.

The percentage of ordinary shares noted above excludes shares held in treasury.
