(i)         US$65,000,000 6.15 per cent. Guaranteed Series 5 Notes due 25 April 2030;

(ii)         US$75,000,000 6.21 per cent. Guaranteed Series 6 Notes due 25 July 2030;

(iii)        £100,000,000 6.22 per cent. Guaranteed Series 7 Notes due 31 January 2030;

(iv)        £30,000,000 6.28 per cent. Guaranteed Series 8 Notes due 15 December 2032; and

(v)        £45,000,000 6.28 per cent. Guaranteed Series 9 Notes due 31 January 2033;

issued with Cadent Finance plc as the issuer and Cadent Gas Limited as the guarantor.
