Substantial Shareholding  Amendment


Further to the announcement, released 20 April 2007 (RNS Number 2840V) and the
Directors Report for the year ended 30 September 2006, please note the following
amendments;

Richard Griffiths holds an interest of 11,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing
6.34 per cent., of the issued voting share capital of the Company.  Steve
Weltman holds 666,668 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.34 per cent. of the issued
voting share capital of the Company.  Both Richard Griffiths and Steve Weltman
are Director's of the Company.
