Zest Group plc ('Zest' or the 'Group' AIM: ZEST) 

Board Change 

With immediate effect the Board of Zest announces that, due to family commitments, Jon Crawley has resigned from his position as a non-executive director of Zest.

Commenting, Steve Weltman, Chief Executive of Zest, said: 

'The Board thanks Jon for his contribution to the Group. He has been a valued member of the Board and we wish him every success for the future.'
