C&C Group plc ("C&C" or the "Group"), a leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of branded beverages in Ireland and the UK, today announces the scrip dividend timetable for the final dividend payable in respect of the year ended 28 February 2011.  The dividend is subject to approval at the AGM on 29 June:

Record date:	27 May 2011
Posting of election and mandate forms to shareholders:	7 June 2011
Return date for receipt of election and mandate forms:	27 June 2011
AGM Date	29 June 2011
Dividend payment:	13 July 2011
Last date by which CREST entitlement statements and new ordinary share certificates will be posted and shareholder accounts credited:	13 July 2011
