Dublin, Ireland | 29May 2013: C&C Group plc announces that the price of a New Share in respect of the 2012/13 Final Dividend Scrip Alternative will be €4.7207. As the proposed cash dividend is 4.75 cent per share, the entitlement will be one New Share for every 124.228947shares held where dividend withholding tax applies and one New Share for every 99.383158 shares held where dividend withholding tax does not apply.
