Byotrol plc (AIM: BYOT), the developer of anti-microbial hygiene technologies, announces that on 7 September 2022, Chris Sedwell, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 188,436 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 2.63p per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Chris Sedwell has an interest in 188,436 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04% of the total voting rights of the Company.
