The Board of Byotrol plc ('Byotrol' or 'the Company'), a leading anti-microbial hygiene company, is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting will be held at Arbuthnot House, 20 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9AR on Thursday 29 July 2010 at 2.30 p.m.
