Results of General Meeting

Bushveld Minerals Limited (AIM: BMN), a mineral development company focused on iron and tin projects in southern Africa announces that both resolutions proposed at the General Meeting held earlier today were passed including a resolution in relation to the off-market takeover offer for Lemur Resources Limited announced on 13 May 2013.

The resolutions proposed to shareholders are detailed below:

ORDINARY RESOLUTION

1. THAT the directors of the Company (the "Directors") be and are hereby authorised pursuant to article 8.3 of the articles of incorporation of the Company (the "Articles") to allot and issue up to 125 million ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") for the purpose of issuing such Shares as consideration for the acquisition by the Company of shares in the capital of Lemur Resources Limited pursuant to the terms of the off-market takeover offer announced by the Company on 13 May 2013.

SPECIAL RESOLUTION

2. THAT the Directors be and are hereby generally and unconditionally authorised pursuant to article 8.3 of the Articles to allot and issue (or grant rights to subscribe for, or to convert any security into) up to 150 million Shares and that the provisions of article 9.2 of the Articles be and are hereby excluded generally in relation to the allotment and issue of such Shares. This authority (and the exclusion of article 9.2) shall expire on the date falling 12 months after the date of this resolution (unless renewed, varied or revoked by the Company prior to or on such date) save that the Company may before such expiry make any offer or agreement which would or might require Shares to be allotted or issued (or rights to be granted) after such expiry and the Directors may allot and issue Shares (or grant rights) in pursuance of any such offer or agreement as if the authority conferred hereby had not expired.
