Posting of accounts and notice of general meeting

Bushveld Minerals Limited (AIM: BMN), the AIM quoted, integrated primary vanadium producer and energy storage solutions provider, confirms that today, it posted its Report and Accounts for the twelve months ended 31 December 2022 (the "Annual Report") and Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 12 noon on 2 August 2023 at Oak House, Hirzel Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3RH. The Annual Report is available on and can be downloaded from the Company's website: http://www.bushveldminerals.com/financial-reports/ and the Notice of General Meeting is also available at https://www.bushveldminerals.com/general-meeting/.
