BURBERRY GROUP PLC: Transaction in Own Shares
Burberry Group plc ('the Company') announces that it has today purchased
1,000,000 of its ordinary shares of 0.05p each ('Shares') from Merrill Lynch at
a price of 409.4125 pence per Share, for cancellation.
