    The Company announces, pursuant to paragraph 15.3 of the UKLA Listing Rules,
    that the resolution seeking a general authority for the Company to purchase
    up to five per cent of its issued share capital was passed on a vote by a
    show of hands at the Annual General Meeting held on 15 July 2003.
