17,450,857 Ordinary Shares of the Company on behalf of various Janus Clients. 
Such shares include Ordinary shares that were acquired by Janus on behalf of
Janus Investment Fund ('JIF'), a Massachusetts business trust registered as an
open-end investment company under the US Investment Company Act of 1940.  Janus
currently holds 3.93% Ordinary Shares of the Company on behalf of Janus Clients
(2.75% on behalf of JIF).
