Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding

Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, the Company announces the following changes to the share interests of its directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs").

Grant of awards under the Burberry Senior Executive Restricted Share Plan (the "RSP")

In accordance with the rules of the RSP, on 13 June 2012 the directors and PDMRs named below have been granted nil-cost options or rights over the Company's ordinary shares of 0.05p each ("Shares"). 50% of each award will vest on the third anniversary of grant, 25% on the fourth and 25% on the fifth, subject to the achievement of performance conditions.
