Burberry Group plc - Annual Information Update

Pursuant to Prospectus Rule 5.2, Burberry Group plc submits its Annual Information Update for 2009/10, following the publication of the 2009/10 financial statements on 14 June 2010.  This Annual Information Update refers to information that has been made available to the public during the previous 12 months.
