Interim Dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2009 

Further to the announcement earlier today of its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2009, the Company confirms that the interim dividend of 6.65p per share will be paid on 4 January 2010 to those members on the Company's register at the close of business on 13 November 2009. The ex dividend date will be 11 November 2009.

The Company also operates a scrip dividend scheme. The latest date for scrip elections is 5.00 p.m. (UK) on 9 December 2009.
