The Company confirms that apart from his current position as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CFAO Group and his former appointment as Chairman and Chief Executive of Rexel (resigned February 2012) there are no further details to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules in relation to Jean-Charles Pauze who, as announced on 20 December 2012, was appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 January 2013.

The Company also confirms that there are no details to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules in relation to Meinie Oldersma who, as announced on 20 December 2012, was appointed a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 April 2013.
