The Brunner Investment Trust PLC announces the appointment of William Ralph
Worsley as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect. 
William Worsley FRICS is Chairman of Hovingham Estate.  He is also
Vice-Chairman of the Scarborough Building Society, where he is Chairman of the
Audit Committee, and was until recently a non-executive director of the
Private Banking Board of the merchant bank Guinness Mahon and Co.
