50,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.10% of the issued class of capital),
at 410.43p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 28
March 2006 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 49,153,338
Ordinary 25p Shares.
