40,000 Ordinary 25p Shares (representing 0.08% of the issued class of capital)
at 467.25p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 40,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 5
June 2007 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 48,005,261
Ordinary 25p Shares.
