30,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.06% of the issued class of capital),
at 339p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 20
October 2005 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 50,037,838
Ordinary 25p Shares.
