25,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.05% of the issued class of capital),
at 296p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.


Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 25,000  Ordinary Shares is due on
14 April 2005 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 51,867,916
Ordinary 25p Shares.
